Hi everyone,
I was surprised to find a site like this with so many people that have the same name!
In the town, Oostzaan in Holland, were I live, my sister and I are the last two van ‘t Slot! Really cool to find out that there are more people around the world with the same name.
If there’s anyone who wants and can tell me more about how this site was made and found out all this information about our history, its more than welcome!

Hi There! It’s so good to find my family! Wow! I’m shocked. I didn’t realize there were so many Van’t slots around. My father was Johan Van’t slot from Rotterdam. How cool. Are we all related?

I want to find out the geneology of my grandmother (my mothers side). Her name is Johanna (A.?) van ‘t Slot and was born on 27 october in, I believe, 1910 (+/-5), in Rotterdam. She passed away in the early 90’s. She has been married several times. She was married to a Kleinegris who adopted my mother while the real father of my mother was unknown. So does my mother carries the name Josepha Loise Maria Kleinegris born 1 may 1936. My grandmother married for the last time with Schorr and got two more children called Martin and Elise Schorr. for about the last 30 or 40 years of her life she lived together with Zwier Kok in Epse, a small village near Deventer. From my early years I know that she had some business in antiques. Who can tell me more about my grandmother or the geneology?
