Every now and then I do a simple search for Van’t Slot on the web. It seems more and more Van’t Slots, are listed.
By running this simple search on my favorite search engine Google, I’m constantly surprised by the number of resulting hits I find.
It’s interesting to find references to Van’t Slots from South Africa, The Netherlands and the United States.

I know that Van’t Slot is not a very common Dutch name. So are we all related or only very distantly so. I guess it would be nice if there were copies of the geneology available(easy though) Or does my dad have a copy? Maybe I should ask huh? Any way a little more family history would be useful.
