Not much happening

As you’ve probably noticed if you check this site every now and then that I haven’t posted much as of late. Well, contrary to popular belief, I am still alive and kicking.
I’ve been quite busy with a couple of side-line projects such as my latest venture Simple Reliable Networks. My business partner, John Mayer, and I have become a “Value Added Reseller” of inexpensive Linux network servers targeted at the small business community. Starting a new company is always time consuming and this one is no exception. I’m having a great time with it though and that’s what counts.
Hopefully I will be able to post more news and stories here in the coming months, but if anyone has anything even slightly van’t Slot related, I urge you to post it!
My mother, Aunt Tillie was elected to be a Deaconess at the Allen Ave CRC. I am not sure what Grandpa would think of that. But we are proud of her. I volunteered to take collection for her in the balcony so she wouldn\’t have to runn up and down a flight of steps!
