I am Jolanda van \’t Slot, 27 years old and living in the Netherlands. My father is Dirk van t Slot, 56 years old and he has a brother (Jaap van t Slot) en three sisters (Wijmie, Gerrie, Ria). Their parents were Jacob & Rika van t Slot and they lived in Ermelo.
Al the children got married en children, and all these childrens (my nices and neviews)are still in contact with each other. Some of them have already their own children, and one of them keeps the family name van t Slot alive (Derk van t Slot was born last november 2002)
I am looking for relatives, for example the (grand)children of my grandfather\’s brothers/sisters.

My great-grandfather Dirk van t Slot (he was born on February 23, 1891) was married to Wijmtje van der Pol and they had 4 children together. These 4 children are Hendrikus, Jacob, Maartje and Dries. They lived at the castle of Staverden where my great-grandfather worked as hunting master. Jacob was my grandfather.
I found out that my grandfather had already planned his emigration to Canada when he met the woman, who he wanted to marry. She wouldn’t leave the Netherlands, so then they stayed here.
Hello this is Richard donselaar in Japan I am doing research on the Donselaar famuly history in my data base i have the following Drie van t Slot ( Female re sided in Nijkerk born ABOUT 1919 Married to Johannes van DOMSELAAR born 28 October 1917 Died as a prisoner in Germany in 1943 he was one of the people arrested in Putten during WWII do you have any info on assume Driesje Thank you Richard from Kamakura Japan
The donselaar family is still alive and kicking. My aunt is Drees Donselaar and she lives in Arnhem, she ’s the sister of my father Wouter who was born in Ermelo. As fart as I know Drees and Johan had one son who they named Johan. He had to children in Didam. As for my father: He died back in 1996 and was born in 1924. I have a sister called Greta (full name:Margaretha Maria) and she had three children from her marriage with Michel Bastiaanse. Bianca, Patricia and Natasja. the first two have children also. we are a family of van’t slots living in south africa.pertinant to the above story is that my brother is also called richard van’t slot, and is getting marrried on december 10 2005.
I am actually called berend van’t slot ,a nd my father is called berend hendrik van’t slot.
It has been greta for me to find this web site as living in south africa we have no other van’t slots, but our immediate familiy.
