New Job for Van’t Slot

Despite his best efforts to become a full-time graduate student and part-time worker, Opportunity slapped John Van’t Slot in the face recently. He is reportadly excited to be starting January 1, 2001 with Herman Miller Inc. of Zeeland, Michigan.
The position he will be assuming is that of Channel Manager in charge of the relationship between Herman Miller and its dealerships in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
“I am very thankful to all those who helped me get here” commented John in a telephone interview from his yacht anchored off of the trendy south end ofLake Union in Seattle, WA. I thought this website would tell me about freakin’ thingies that you put in your farmland to tell you how much water you needed and stuff.

Once upon a time, John and I were pretty good friends. It has been nearly a year since we have had any contact and frankly I miss him. Just hoping to stumble upon a few of his notorious photos. No such luck *sigh*
