New Webcam page added

I\’ve added a page to display some webcams from different parts of the country (and hopefully the world) where members of the Van\’t Slots or related families live.
Hopefully I can get some contributions to this page from other family members who would like to share the views from their webcam or a webcam in the city or town they live in.
